Do you see clients of all genders?
Yes. Resilient Minds USA welcomes clients of all genders and provides care for teens and adults.
Are visits available online and in person?
Yes. Resilient Minds USA offers both telehealth and in-person visits for psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for clients located within New York State.
What languages are available?
Diana provides care in English and also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
What insurance plans are accepted?
The practice accepts several major plans, including United, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, BCBS, and Oxford. Coverage should be verified before your visit.
What should I include in the appointment form?
Share your contact details, insurance, state of residency, visit preference, and a brief non-emergency description of what you need help with.
What kind of care is available?
Services include ADD/ADHD evaluation and treatment, anxiety treatment, depression treatment, seasonal affective disorder treatment, premenstrual dysphoric disorder treatment, PTSD treatment, OCD treatment, eating disorder treatment, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Zelle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value and respect your time and expect the same in return. We keep a 24-hour cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge a full session fee for missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice.
Will I need medication?
Depending on your needs, medication may be part of your treatment plan, paired with supportive therapy. We will work together to decide the best treatment for you.
Can I get an estimate of my visit cost?
We will verify your insurance coverage to confirm your copayment responsibility. If you have an unmet deductible, your cost could be more than the copayment.
Do you accept cash-pay clients?
Yes. Cash-pay clients are welcome. Sliding scale options may be available to help accommodate individual needs, and you are encouraged to discuss what feels manageable with the provider.
